White sand beach with clear water and over 400 small islands nearby. I snorkelled but was not good at it. I went alone and was able to enjoy the tranparent water, the soft gradient of the beach. One island was really small and you can see one side to the other and complete a circle in about 10 minutes. Another Island was larger known as the Pearl Island.
A 45 minute drive took me to the Zalun Monastery. Zalun Monastery is very famous for a most revered monk who passed away in 1984 while meditating. He reached the age of 80 years, 60 of which he spent as a monk.
As a result of his purity, his unspoiled body is placed in a glass coffin in the monastery compound. His hair and nails are still growing! They are cut periodically using scissors even after 45 years. One other saint body is also there which is 3 years old.
JUST HOW DOES A BODY GROW HAIR AND NAILS 45 YEARS AFTER DEATH IS STILL AMAZING.
